My tube amp won’t work?
I have had a Fender Champion 600 5 watt tube amp for two days. Today I was playing it and no sound comes out of it anymore. I switched the input from high to low while the amp was still on. Is this bad? I always wait for the tubes to warm up before playing. The light still goes on so it still has power but no sound comes out. What could be wrong?
the cable is also brand new. I’ll try switching it anyway though.
Sounds like a bad guitar cable or perhaps the wires travelling from the amp to the speaker have become dislodged. Check inside the back of the speaker cabinet and make sure that both wires are connected to the speaker. If that doesn’t work contact the dealer who sold you the amp.
