Fender blues junior is not working. Need some help.?

I just received new Fender Blues Junior a given. I connect it, turn it on, but none of the controls work. The power switch is on and the power indicator is bright red. However, the amplifier is making no sound when I try to play. None of the work environment, even though the amplifier is on. I have another amp that works well with the string and the guitar I have, so why not work blues junior?

Hello! First, is the main volume is filed? Second, is the cable for the speakers connected completely? Thirdly, the tubes are all brilliant? Finally, it makes clicking the "Fat" switch any difference? If none of this helps (this amplifier not have a "sleep" function, or use an externally accessible fuse), it is time to exchange either the amplifier or the nearest Fender Service Center (see http://www.fender.com/support/service_centers/).
