What amp should I buy?

What amp should I buy? A 100-watt Fender combo (FM212R vocals) or 100 watt Kustom amp and cabinet 100 watts (speakers 4x12inch)? Both are a similar price. The opinions or suggestions for other powerful amplifiers in 300/400 euros / dollars would be welcome.

I would take the defense. They make solid amps.
