Fender Hot Rod Deluxe with intermittent reverb?
I own a Fender HRD 40watt tube amp. Sometimes the reverb works, sometimes it doesn’t. I just bought all new pre-amp and power-amp tubes that I should get in a few days. I’m just wondering if this could possibly correct the issue. My amp is also having popping noises, hums and some other miscellaneous sounds. Before that all happened, it was just the reverb working intermittently. So I guess my official question is: Can replacing all my tubes be an effective troubleshooting procedure in correcting my reverb issue or do you think I am looking at two separate things?
