fender amp transformer
What type of power transformer or coverter (I don’t know how these things work) do I need for my amp?
I am traveling to Europe with my Fender Squier SP-10 Amplifier (I got this with the Fender Starcaster guitar) It is ten watts (10) and I dont know how much or what kind of voltage….What kind of transformer or adapter will I need? Can I get something like this from Target or BestBuy? If not, where can I get such a thing?
If it is only 10 watts you don’t need very much. Assuming you are in the U.S. and you plug your amp into a standard AC outlet, this 220vac-120vac 50 watt adapter should do you fine:
