Ibanez or Fender acoustic guitar? fenders do not say just because of popularity?

I am a beginner with the guitar and I'm struggling between fender acoustic pack or a bag of Ibanez. I need something I can play right from the box of a guitar do not need to buy new strings to lower the tone and action and etc please give me advice only on the fender and ibanez marks cuz that's all im asking:) I'm spending $ 200 on the guitar I'm too cousin only a beginner for that is my budget. Pleease help! lol im in desperate need by the way the packages ibanez and fender im seeing are BOTH $ 200 i just do not know choose from. its the IJP5S Ibanez and Fender CD60 both come with stiff lol
