Gibson SG or Fender 70′s Stratocaster?

I ‘m a lead guitarist and love to play in minor harmonic scales, and usually my solos are based there, and sometimes pentatonics. I play all kinds of Rock and Metal but my playing sounds like Malmsteens by whom i m influenced. I dont want to become Malmsteen but what fits me more my SG or a Fender Strat with scalloped fretboard?

I always preferred the fatter sound of the Gibson. That being said, I’d expect a serious guitarist to have more than one instrument on hand, and a Strat is essential to any proper collection.
