Can i put EMG pick-ups in a Telecaster?

Before you say anything like “its a squire dont get it” and such hear me out. I know quite a bit about guitars, and I’m only 16, i cant afford Jim Roots signature model.
Anyways, i want to put in a EMG 85 (humbucker style) in it (actually i want to put a 60 and an 81 like jim root but i doubt it can handle 2.
Or would these ones designed for the tele work better.

Unfortunately a humbucker will not fit as a direct replacement. You could use a router with a template to increase the size of the pickup cavity, but that is something best left for a professional luthier which would be quite expensive. With that said, I would get the set designed for the Tele.
