What if I pluged this amp in this case?

I'm learning to play guitar and I have recently received an electric guitar. I need an amplifier that can be used in my apartment without getting evicted, but at the same time, I want great sound. Can you get a big sound with little volume? The guitar is a Gretsch Electromatic 5125. I like the blues and my ideal style of play would be Lonnie Johnson. This is the combo I had in mind, Amp http://www.amazon.com/Blackheart-BH5H-Little-Guitar-Attitude/dp/B0013OBUL0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=musical-instruments&qid=1254885503&sr=8- Lonnie Johnson http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Fender-FM-412-4×12-100-Watt-4Ohm-Cabinet?sku=601726&CJAID=10381297&CJPID=1571798 cabinet. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n8fyb9vpIc0&feature=player_embedded

great combination, but be strong. But it is a great sound. The black heart is a good amplifier, but puts a lot of volume to low-voltage amplifier. The cabinet of 4.12 is certainly an exaggeration, as you can get great sound with 12 individual and not disturb everyone in your building. A cab 4.12 is strictly for the needs of high volume levels and concerts. I rarely use my battery unless you are playing outdoors or in a big club. For most situations that use a single cabinet 12
