if you know any better ones feel free to tell me but also choose the best amp from the two i put up there

There is A VERY BIG difference in the wattages that these 2 amps put out.

The Peavey is a very low wattage, and is basically an amp for guitarists who want to play solo and want a “tube” sound. It WILL NOT ( I repeat) ”WILL NOT” be loud enuff for any guitarist playin’ in a band You are really paying for the glass tube design.

The Fender amp is a transistor amp w/ plenty of power.
This will give you extra power that you will need in the future.
There is a Fender Frontline with 65 watts that is also quite punchy. It costs around $250
