fender 212 amp
Tube Or Digital guitar amp?
I have about $500 to spend on a new amp. i have a few in mind. please tell me if my choices are good and which one you would take. also what is better digital or tube amps. if you would like to recommend another amp please do so. i play pretty much everything but mostly pop/punk, metal , and alternative pop/rock.

I have been previously employed by Guitar Center and know for a fact that Peavey Vypyr are sh*t. Never spend a DIME on a peavey vypyr. I saw more of them returned than any other amp that has every been sold up there. Even the fender frontman kinda sucks. If you only have $500, tube isn’t going to make much of a difference. I know they get a bad-rap but check out Line 6 Spider III amps. The preset tones (over 500+) are out of this world and suit any and ALL kinds of music. Check them out! You will enjoy.
