How can I spot a fake guitar on Ebay?
how do I know I’m getting what I paid for?

email the seller and ask for a picture of the headstock. What your looking at in the second picture is a MIM Fender Strat. Those are commonly 400 dollars in guitar shops. ask for a picture of the headstock so you can be sure it says Fender, not Squire. Ask for the serial number as well, and make sure the seller and yourself are clear on just what model it it.
