Gibson Les Paul studios are good?

Hello boys and girls, I'm an intermediate guitarist next to go now, and I am planning to buy a new guitar. When the Gibson Les Paul Studio has attracted my attention. I do not know what it's called or anything of the model is simply that I know is probably cheaper than at the end of the Gibson Les Paul guitar from around $ 1350 (U.S. $). At the moment my budget is about 1.5 large could probably closer to 1.7, in dollars Australians again. My style of play are essentially the 80's Rock, Blues, Jazz, funk and a little grated heavy metals (when I'm in the mood: P). So now I ask all guitar experts out there if I have to go to the Gibson Les Paul Studio or if I should look into other types of guitars. Oh, and by the way, please do not say Fender because I'm not really since I'm stuck with a Squier for a few years and I am very tired of the way (even if it is one's own good.)

Hey … As is the real deal ""….. it is. The main differences between Standard Studio …. Studio is not required to thank the body of the guitar. Finsih above normal cosmetics. The Standard also comes with Dunlop straplocks. The standard has a carved AA maple, the standard also locking Grover tuners. The study comes with 490 and 498 trucks, while standard equipped with BurstBuckers. Is this price difference is worth? In my opinion, not as Ive played both, and actucally own studio. The best way find out is to play yourself. BTW: Comparison of a squire to something like an American Standard Start, or even the players start or Roadhouse is like comparing a Ford Pinto to a 1974 Dodge Viper. Of course, are the two cars, but whatever it is that others can not ………….
