what’s the better of the two to buy, a fender or an epiphone acoustic guitar?

Epiphone has a good sound, less tinny than the fender. It’s your choice. I used to repair guitars and I found that Fender, although a good guitar, was no competition to Gibson acoustics, Takamine and others.
