Is the 2008 Fender American Standard Stratocaster a good guitar? Why?

The 2008 fender american standard strat is such a great guitar bought one a couple months ago in candy apple red and i bought a white perloid pickguard for it. Its got a great smooth maple neck (or rosewood but maple imo is better for a strat) for easy easy easy bending and sliding. Its great becuase its an american, mexicans arent that good they have cheaper parts hardware electronics so automatically the resale value doesnt shoot down like the mexican strats do. As for specs a variety of great colors to choose from including two different sunbursts 21 frets lots of sustain alder body 3 single coils that pack so much punch in the right hands a great rock and blues guitar so many famous people have played it joe walsh eric clapton gary more its just an incredibly versatile guitar outstanding!!!!!!
