They have Gibson Les Paul Special 1958 black?

I am looking for a Nice guitar, and someone offered me a "black 1958" special. I have not seen yet. I had a look on the net, but I actually found sunshine yellow and V T variation .. If these circumstances, if so, how much are they? Thanks Jack

This is a very special original -58 unlikely. They have never been black as far as I know (never heard of one). If this happens to be presented in original (which I doubt), then a Custom colors and out of the price is ridiculously high (as in tens of thousands of dollars). I suppose it is an instrument new finish – especially the ruins of the guitar and is often due to a structure (not professional) repair of the guitar – or what is not a Gibson at all. Are you ensure that there is an Epiphone? They have black special, I think … If I were you, I would be very, very skeptical. If they say it is a raw original money and want to therefore, you need photos, etc. serial number and check with places like Gruhn Guitars in Nashville. If they try to transmit a low-cost original value, ask yourself this simple question: Why? There are many thieves out there, so be careful … At least have it checked thoroughly by a person who may seek redress, etc.
